Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy: Cancellations/ Reschedules within 48 hrs of your session are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, and can only be done via email to info@andreasembodiment.com or 0448 174 194 No-shows are non-refundable. Human Design Party Cancellation Policy: Failure to secure payment 2 weeks prior to start date may risk cancellation of the party.  If the party is cancelled before 48 hrs prior to start time and payment was made in full, you will be reimbursed your costs, minus the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellation within 48 hours of start time is subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% reimbursed. Cancellation or rescheduling of an in-person session outside of the Sunshine Coast region will also incur any costs associated with cancelling established travel plans that were made in association with your booking.
