Our challenge will guide you in a number of mindful tantric practices, some of which are sensual in nature. Each day you will be able to choose between two challenge tasks and share your experience with the community.
The 5 Day Challenge does not permit naked/ explicit photos or videos of yourself or others being shared within the forum. You're welcome to share images and connect with clothing on.
