- By purchasing this deposit you agree to all of the below payment plan terms:
- The payment deadline is 16 March 2026 (4 weeks before the start date of retreat).
- Failure to make payment by the 16 March 2026 will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation at the retreat. Your deposit is non-refundable.
- You are free to make repayments in as many installments as you wish, up to the payment deadline. Please make payments to:

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation up to three weeks prior to the retreat date: the difference between your non-refundable deposit and full payment amount will be returned.
- Cancellation within three weeks prior to the retreat date: Your payment is non-refundable.
