I'M ANDREAS

Go back 7 years and I was a yoga teacher who was great at downward facing dog, and secretly jerking off to faceless torso's on cam sites every other night. As a teenager I felt confused and alone, creating layers of shame and insecurity, which was exacerbated by some shitty sexual encounters with some asshole guys over the years. My spiritual side knew there was something liberating possible in my sexual energy, but I was stuck in a cycle which was protecting me from hurt and keeping me in shame.
After exploring tantra, I found nude yoga & sacred sexuality. Nude yoga stripped me bare (literally and metaphorically)! Something about the shared vulnerability with naked men allowed me to become free and unencumbered in my body. I began feeling proud of my body and connected to myself.
Conscious sexuality enhanced the connection to my erotic nature, allowing me to navigate sexual dysfunction and to find an empowering relationship with my body and my cock. Finally, I understood my sexual expression and my desires without layers of shame & addiction. My sexual energy began to fuel & intertwine with my spiritual practice. Who knew these two things could co-exist, and so powerfully!?
Now, I coach gay, bi & queer men through nude yoga, neo-tantric embodiment, and conscious sexuality work to connect back into their bodies, to integrate their sex and spirit, and to feel secure in their intimate connections, their career and their friendships.
My coaching philosophy is about permission. Will I be naked during the program?
Not every session will be done naked, but many of the conscious sexuality and embodiment practices I teach are best done naked. You will get way more out of it when you connect to your nude self - trust me.

How sexual are the practices?
Self-pleasure, one-way touch from me to you (in-person option) and two-way touch between us (in-person option) are all part of the experience in healing and transformation. Your boundaries, and my boundaries are of utmost importance. It is important to note that sexual intercourse and penetration are not a part of this experience at any time. This is not an escort service or sexual service – it is a coaching & learning journey that utilises conscious sexual practice.
