Cancellation Policy
- Canberra sessions: Cancellation is subject to cancellation fee of 25% of remaining sessions.
- Sydney sessions: incur 50% cancellation fee.
- 'No-shows' are non-refundable and subject to the entire session fee. Cancellation within 5 hrs of your appointment start time is considered a 'no-show'.
